Guess What's For Dinner?
If you guessed stuffed artichokes, you're right! This year I added a couple more plants that I grow in the flower beds because they are so dramatic and lovely all year round. That way we can have them fresh from the garden a number of times during spring and summer!
That sounds delicious! Yours look so perfect. I tried growing them once and just got a couple of very small ones and the plant didn't come back.

Look how pretty they look! I just planted a purple artichoke ~ more for the bees (I heard they love the flowers??) than the fruit but I wouldn't mind eating a few if they do well. It's our first time growing them so we'll see what happens!
ReplyDeleteI'll be those taste good, I wish we could grow them around here.
ReplyDeleteAnd I've added your blog to the blogroll on my blog!
