Today I ate my first peach of the season and it was delicious! It didn't come from one of my small trees but it was wonderful never-the-less. This is what my peaches look like. I rarely ever get to the few that the little trees produce before the birds get them, but I love watching them grow. Eventually my trees will be big enough for fruit for all of us to enjoy!
This is about life in my gardens. One is an acre on a hillside in Laguna Beach, California and the other is an acre in San Juan Capistrano, California.

I harvest a few plums and one peach too, the fruits are small but tasty.
Yummy! I have peaches this year too. My tree that I had for years split from the wind so we planted a new one and this year I finally have peaches. I can't wait till they are ready! They are usually around 4th of July! I am looking forward to making a peach pie(-:
