This is about life in my gardens. One is an acre on a hillside in Laguna Beach, California and the other is an acre in San Juan Capistrano, California.

Sorry Little Buddies
Between the shopping, cooking, planning for house guests, holiday parties, a sick husband and the inclement weather I must admit that the bird feeders have been neglected for some time now. When I went out to take pictures for the blog I realized I had left my waterproof garden shoes out in the rain so they were no use in wading through the muddy paths and beds, at least for a while. I will have to add the bird feeders to my to-do list or they will never get filled this season!
Yikes I've done that too. Last I looked a spider had moved into them! Rainy winter days sure doesn't feel like the holidays! gail
ReplyDeleteTsk, tsk! LOL I'm dure they are not starving.
ReplyDeleteI like that feeder. You get that from www.birdfeeders.com? I get all my stuff from there, they've got some fantastic new hummingbird feeders if you're into nectar lovers.
ReplyDeleteTim, Actually I got the feeder at a local store. I have so many flowers that the hummingbirds love that I don't bother with feeders for them. They seem like a lot of work.
