Tamora Too

Please forgive my redundancies, I know I posted earlier this season about the beautiful David Austin rose, Tamora, but these blooms are from a new bush I just put in this spring and I think they are just gorgeous! They have a lovely scent and it appears I just can't get enough of them!

Hi Tamora,
I live just down the road from Austin Roses. I have some in my garden.

Does it take long to get established?

Mother Nature, I have grown this rose for many years in my other garden and it has proven to be an excellent example of a rose. It does establish quickly and stays a reasonable sized bush. Many roses in our area grow very tall and this one stays below waist height.

I've had my eye on this rose for some time now (I've seen it in the Wayside catalog), and if we stay in Illinois for a while I will definitely give it a try here. The Florida heat might be too extreme for it.
