This is about life in my gardens. One is an acre on a hillside in Laguna Beach, California and the other is an acre in San Juan Capistrano, California.

My Favorite Mr. Thomas
The rose that appears on the top right of my blog is one of my favorites, Graham Thomas. Here are a few more shots of him from the Laguna garden because I just can't resist his charm. As you can see, he grows into a small tree in our rich clay soil. Tall, yellow and handsome!
Handsome he is! Definitely. Does he smell as good as he looks? Just curious. Thanks to Blotanical I found your blog. Nice garden you got there. It's so wonderful to see garden in various parts of the world - I get to learn so much!

Chandramouli, yes, he is fragrant too! Thank you for the nice words about my gardens.
I have Graham Thomas too but he isn't as healthy as yours, black spot (sigh). Still he keeps flowering and as you say has a lovely fragrance.
Best wishes Sylvia (England)
I am very fond of Mr.Thomas, as well.....He is in his fall glory here. :-)
Definitely handsome, this fellow. Yellow roses are my favorite, always.
Beautiful. He's one of my favorites too even tho I don't grow him in my garden. :-(
