This is about life in my gardens. One is an acre on a hillside in Laguna Beach, California and the other is an acre in San Juan Capistrano, California.

How fun to be able to share your garden with other passionate gardeners!
You are right! I am always showing the garden to friends and family that usually have no real interest in gardening and I am sure they just humor me as I go on and on about some plant or bloom!
I'm sure it was a lot of fun. But I can also imagine all the hard work you put into it in the days before. Actually, I've been in that same situation myself when my front yard was on a garden tour. I worked feverishly and then pretended it always looked like that. ;-)
Everything is looking so good in your shots. It would be a lot of fun to have a group of gardening enthusiasts visit you to see the garden. I imagine it gives a lot of incentive in the previous days for a garden cleanup.
I wish my family and friends humoured me a little bit more. : )
