Dog Daze

After what has been a wet, cold winter, we are enjoying a very warm week to kick off spring. We are not the only ones that are glad to be outside again! It has been along time since we were sitting outside in the evenings, enjoying the gardens and the dogs are loving it too!

Dogs always remind us to play, have fun, and never ever miss a chance to sunbathe. :D

I grew up on water front property, where my parents still live. We had two German Shepherds, too, Max and Sebastian. They loved to go swimming. They had to be put down at 11 years old because arthitis got the best of them. It was sad, and I miss them. They did pop the tires on a car once. LOL Great protectors! Have a lovely weekend with the pups!

Ahhh, lazing in the sun chewing an old bone or toy what could be better. LOL! They had the right idea.

They are beautiful! Our little dog found a sunny spot on the deck today while we were outside. Nothing like soaking up that sun!

aloha shiela, wow your dogs look so happy to please, i bet they just want to play all day! hey i could use your palm fronds and make some baskets...you know a few friends here actually use them for creating fires and use the charcoal to mix in soil which is a good thing, something to consider.

It is also my favorite time of year and the dogs are clearly enjoying the weather there. I liked your cranesbills post as well, very lovely flowers.

Our dog is happy for the nicer weather too! I just have to go out and run off some of his energy.

The downside is the muddy paws.
