Eating Your Way Through The Garden

How lovely to stroll through the garden and reach up to pick a juicy, ripe orange from the tree and devour it on the spot. We are so lucky to have the climate that allows us to grow these beauties so easily. Not to mention they are just lovely to look at!

That would be heavenly Sheila. One day I will live somewhere I can do that too!! Winters are getting too long for me.
So funny everyone liked your mulch ~ it's very nice mulch, don't get me wrong, but I doubt I would see it, there's so much else to look at!

I can't agree more! We're very lucky to be in Southern California where citrus, avocado, grapes, and a ton of other fruits just seem to thrive.

oooh yes you are lucky. I get excited if my lime tree produces one lime! It takes pride of place in my gin and tonic. :-)

My lemon tree is just about winding down. Since this is our first year in the house, I'm not sure how long we'll be without fresh lemons.
